Ellen Ledbetter
Founder and CEO
Ellen has been involved in corporate America for over 17 years and in leadership serving non-profits for 31. Encounter America is the second business she’s established, having also co-founded the Lead Demand Marketing Firm RareAgent and established the evangelistic ministry Life Share. Previous experience at the Executive Level gave Ellen the opportunity to acquired Fortune 500 accounts and provide solutions services, strategic networking, mentoring, on demand marketing, lead generation and executive level management in technology, outplacement, and health care. 

Ellen has spoken at conferences and workshops about managing the workplace, personal development, and intercessory prayer in many professional and ministry networks in the Greater Atlanta area, nationally, and internationally. Ellen has been involved with and successfully networked the CEO Council and Technology Executive Roundtable. In High Tech Ministries, Ellen currently holds a prayer leadership position that is a resource for other Citywide Prayer Breakfasts. As a marketing and sales specialist, a business development expert , and a mentor and coach she has inspired and equipped leaders to apply timeless principles of success to life and business. Ellen is now applying that knowledge and experience to network business leaders and intercessors.

Lucy Duggar
Vice President of Communications
A combination of study and previous experience has provided Lucy with a strong understanding of organizing, managing, analyzing, and networking. Lucy obtained a BA in English from the University of Georgia and a Master’s in Library and Information Studies from the University of Alabama--emphasis on the Organization of Information. The Master’s degree combines elements of resourcefulness and research with technology, Six Sigma, and Web 2.0. It integrates non-profit service with corporate management and marketing strategies. Before becoming VP Communications at EA, Lucy served as the Regional Sales Manager for an advertising firm and worked at Bulloch Hall Museum as a Research Consultant.

Through travel opportunities Lucy has experienced twelve different countries and cultures. She was born in Alaska and has worked in Oregon, Georgia, and Wyoming, but feels most at home in the South. Lucy combines previous experience, knowledge, and skill set to interface executive leadership with prayer people. 

Mary Ena J. Heath
General Counsel
Mary Ena is a long-time educator, attorney, and civic volunteer. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama with a double major in English and French. After receiving a Master’s degree in Secondary Education, she taught school for a number of years before returning to the University of Alabama for a law degree. She also maintains leadership roles in a number of philanthropic organizations in her community.
